i picked up three rolls of film on monday. i still have a ton to scan, but for now here are photos from my meetup with tara at the getty!

me and tara photographed with my camera by gabrielle. poor gabrielle's film camera fell out of the car door in the parking structure, and she couldn't get it to work again for the rest of the day! truly tragic. she made a video with her dslr though! i took the liberty of embedding it below.

i think dick lestor said this. it's inspired me by the bucket-loads, so i thought i'd share it. i'm picking up some film tomorrow so expect something new. i'll maybe even scan some drawings while i'm at it! anyways, i hope everyone is having a good summer. mine's been pretty nice so far.

i took these way back when to finish off one of the palm springs rolls. i don't really like them but gabrielle does so i'm uploading them special for her. i'm also hoping that posting these will be motivation to take that dress in. i've had it forever and it's too big around the waist.

i have an eye infection right now and the only way i've been able to entertain myself is through making this joke scrapbook entirely devoted to my love for paul mccartney. all grammar mistakes are intentional. feel free to judge me.



also, on a more self-promotional note (sorry, kiddies!) if anyone out there is in a band or knows a band or is friends with a friend whose best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend knows a band, i'm trying to get samples of album and promotional art for my portfolio and i would love to get in touch with someone that needs my services. i promise my rates are cheaper than cheap can be! heck, you could even pay me in sour patch kids if you like!

during spring break, lexi and i visited our friends sunday and chris in palm desert. we went to gypsyland, drove through a sandstorm, and saw the aquabats at the gas station. it was a good time.
